No single organisation can work without setting out all its activities. The commercial administration makes all quotations, processes the incoming orders, enters them in the system and prepares the necessary paperwork for each order. The financial administration is responsible for the logging of all incoming and outgoing payments, debtor management, personnel administration and the preparation of management reports..

The office is the link between admin and production. This department coordinates the planning of the various productions, controls the non-standard requests, plans the timing of the production department and is responsible for the correct supervision of the production department to ensure that the agreed delivery times for the orders are adhered to.


Commercial Administration: : Amber van der Eng
What has she done up til now: :
a very special employee; the former owner's daughter en really the person who knows everything. Has literally been working here since she was in nappies and is now up to her ears in nappies: on 21st November, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy Finn. .Amber started work again mid-February.
Apart from motherhood, Amber is a multi-tasker who feels at home everywhere in the company. As she wanted to work less after the birth of her second son, she is now responsible for all R&D developments, the more complex orders and is responsible for several large customers.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues):
Always friendly and hard-working, will do anything for everyone but sometimes takes too much on. Curious, very creative and always looking for new techniques. A real ambassador for van der Eng. Her only weak point: she can't say no.

Commercial Administration : Cora van Uden
What has she done up till now:
Cora is 49 and brings a lot of work experience to the company. Had been working here since 28th September. Originally hired via a temping agency to cover the maternity leave of Rianne and Amber. Has become a very stable factor on the department.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues):
A good and serious colleague who likes to be left to her own devices. Likes to knuckle down and hates it when it's too quiet. Which doesn't happen very often at van der Eng. .

Commercial Administration : Rianne Koning
What has she done up til now:
Rianne is the youngest person in Administration. Started straight from school. And believe it or now, she's just given birth to a beautiful daughter Naomi. Like Cora and Ingrid, Rianne is responsible for order processing, order entry and invoicing.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues):
Rianne doesn't like to sit still and picks things up fast. Was quickly as home here, and is easy-going. Don't go making excuses to Rianne because she has a large sense of justice and doesn't make any bones about it, which is a nice change for the customer because a promise is a promise for Rianne.

Commerciële Administratie : Ingrid Stoetzer
What has she done up til now:
Ingrid (48) has been working here since 1st December 2007. Before that she ran the office for Amevo (customer of van der Eng) in Heerhugowaard. In December 2007, this office was integrated into the office in Dronten and (luckily for us) Ingrid didn't want to move so it was a quick decision. Before that, Ingrid had various administrative jobs.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues):
Even though the ladies on the commercial administration love to get on with things, Ingrid is allergic to sitting still. If there is ever a quiet period, Ingrid always finds something to do. Be it tidying up the quotations, the filing room - which is a mess in no time - we have never been able to catch Ingrid sitting still. The advantage of this is that she knows a lot of our customers from her time at Amevo so it wasn't difficult to get Ingrid trained in the ways of van der Eng.

Financial Administration: Nanda de Haas
What has she done up til now:

Nanda was persuaded by Ernst to work just 1 morning in the week to do the accounting. This has now become 24 hours a week. Before van der Eng, Nanda worked in the banking world, worked for 8 years doing the administration for a retail company in combination with the coordination of the purchasing. After having children, she had various temping jobs outside the school holidays. When the kids were a bit older, she worked part-time for a Notary's office where she stayed for 5 years.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues):
Despite the fact that she has a fairly serious role, Nanda likes a joke. Her favourite pastime is taking the mickey out of management. Absolutely hates being treated as "the little lady". Is tenacious with the debtors and knows best how to get outstanding payments in. She grew up in a family of horticulturists and as the only girl amongst 5 brothers, she knows - verbally - how to look after herself .... you have been warned!


Administration Office: Ageeth Immink
What has she done up til now:
Been with the company since 1st May 2007. Before us, had different employers in the business sector. Had to get used to van der Eng but settled in quickly. From the office, she is the link between the Commercial Administration and the Production. Invoices the non-standard orders, coordinates the planning and keeps a close eye on the whole production process.
Who is she (according to customers and colleagues): 
Pragmatic and a problem-solver. Has a strong presence, verbally strong but with a good sense of humour. Up for a joke, but if you insult someone, be careful as you will then have to deal with Ageeth. Has a feel for business and a memory like an elephant - she knows all the current orders off the top of her head. A walking archive.
