What has he done up til now:
After leaving school he started working in the financial sector. He did a middekadertraject
in parallel various positions.
After 13 years he moved to
Result Training & Consultancy where he fast became a shareholder. Over 15 years worked as an advisor or interim manager on several projects mainly for mergers and acquisitions, strategy-forming and implementation. In early 2007 took over van der Eng.

Who is he (according to customers and colleagues):
A quick understander, big mouth, small heart, determined and focused. Humour is important. Doesn't like hierarchy but is still the boss. Likes to learn, has a large sense of responsibility, is often busy with (too?) many things at the same time. Keeps people on their toes. Was difficult to photograph, but luckily we caught him unawares when he was busy with his favourite pastime...on the phone. Has been married to Nanda for 25 years, has 3 clever kids and a wimp of a dog.
